I have spent the better half of the last few years experimenting with foods. I have taken foods out of my diet, included new foods into my diet, removed more foods, and then given up too many times to count. Giving up has usually led to binging on foods that I know will blow up my stomach like a balloon, and then I feel that I am starting all over again.
I have started this blog as a testiment to another fresh start. I am hoping to eat myself healthy one day at a time. I have read about many diets and/or lifestyles in hopes that I might find the magic answer. I have decided that it might not be as simple as that. I need to decide for myself, by following my own gut, what is right for me…and so my journey begins.
